A Broken Bridge and Large Gaps

I can see a broken bridge in front of me! Everyone I knew are on the other side of that bridge. I hope I can pass my way through without falling on the gaps.

     I've once fallen to those gap and I know how hurtful it is. I've been wounded a lot of times but I've never given up nor even thought of it even once. And that is because I know my purpose. And I know my journey never ends here.

     I know a lot of people had gone through this bridge. And if I can see smiles on their faces, why shouldn't we wear those smiles as well. Nothing is impossible as long as we live. Maybe there's a reason why we are left behind, left with a broken bridge and large holes and gaps?

     We are not perfect, but we should aim to be one. We shouldn't use this as a reason for us not to continue with our fights. We should use this as a challenge for us to overcome our limits, for us to stretch further beyond our reach. and for us to say that we have done not just our best, but had given more than what we can give.

      Anyone deserves to be successful! But not everyone can be successful. It is our choice. It is our decision. You can't reach your goal by waiting for the right time to start... any time is the right time!

     Courage! That's what we need to take down all these hitches that lies before us. Sacrifices may come along the way and we should embrace it.

    " I will stand as an example to all. Whoever shall pass this bridge, will never fall on it's gap, we just need to fix them, so we  and anyone who wants to follow us, can easily reach the other side of it."

Show excellence on all your efforts

     "Life's consequences are delivered by every actions we do. You should know what will happen next before you take another step. We should always be knowledgeable of what will be the result of all our efforts so that in the end you wont have any regrets."

The Rightful Decision

     Man has free will to do what hew wants. However, does everyone knows what is the real meaning of Free Will? Man was made to distinguish what's right or wrong. Sometimes we interchange them, sometimes we take them both. What does it contribute to our decisions in life? Isn't it the right decisions will always take us to success? Logically speaking yes! But practically No! 

     I found so many people who are successful in life, made a wrong move in their past and learned from their mistakes. I can say most of them are businessmen, lawmakers, ofws, etc., like Manny V. Pangilinan, whom said in one article I read...

"I was born poor, but poor was not born in me. And it shouldn’t be born in you either. You can make it. Whatever you may wish to do with your future, you can make it. It gets dark sometimes, but morning comes always. Challenges breed character. Character breeds faith. In the end, faith will not disappoint. You must not disappoint."

     I'm not saying that we should be rich to say that we had become successful though it's all our efforts that counts. Inspiration is one of the factors that will help us be motivated in every goal we need to reach. We can have our families, friends, or even our enemies to inspire us in every step we take to become successful. Free will comes into place especially when it comes to decision making at some point of our struggles. You will face different roads that only circles your way towards success. Failure will just put you back to start over and over as long as you live until you break your way in to the rightful path. You don't need to fall back each time you commit mistakes, but you can look back to see what made it wrong and move forward to do what you think is right.

     Sometimes, It is just so sad to see people who lost hope because of the wrong decisions they made in the past and have no plans on taking another step. These people fear starting all over again and they tend to be contented with what they have and where they are at. We must always consider that everything we do in this world is for the benefit of the others, especially our family and friends, and the people around us.

     I also think maybe the reason why there are so many poor people in our society is because they already accepted their current status and are already contented with what they earn each month, what they have on their plates during meals and relying to what the government can provide. It.is really not a good thing. My impression to that is people are getting lazier and dumber because of this mentality.

     We should start changing the way we do things. And so we will be able to grab all the opportunities laid to us. We should always think that every success we gain is other people's inspiration. The more successful people we have the better our society will be.

    

It's never too late to reach for a dream!

     Most of the people I knew were successful with their chosen careers. I always thought that I would never be able to catch up...  Many years had passed and I'm already losing hope. Even though I have a job that pays more than I need, still I can't find myself moving forward. I feel like a small creature walking in the road of giants, trying to keep myself up with them but still had never made an inch closer.

    Many times I've tried to think of ways to improve my living, to have a better life for my family, to give them fortune and spoil them with all the things they want. In the end, I'm still not satisfied. Everything that I made seems not to be enough, It's like I'm playing a jigsaw puzzle with a thousand piece and still missing the last.

    My family always inspires me, through all the struggles and sacrifices I make. I know I can't compare my self to anyone, because there are some things I have that others doesn't.  However, that inspiration makes me feel more sorrowful. I feel sad every time I think of my past and my present.  If I will not do something now to light me up, there would never be a bright tomorrow for us.

I see the light shine upon me... It guides me and show me the right path

    One day, my wife and I started to discuss what would be the business we could start with to save us more money, so I can go back to school. I've worked more hours. I began to gain  enough to start a small business and after a couple of months it grew double.  Then we bought a used car and sold it after furnishing. It all happen in just two months. I never realized that I would earn that much in a short period. This is such a great blessing for us, and I know that GOD has a plan for me. I used the money we earned to pay for my enrollment fee, half is to redesign our home and  the rest is for our baby's savings account. I never had this great feeling since 6 years ago. I was given another chance to prove myself, to be what I am supposed to be and to reclaim myself and retrieve what i have lost. 

     I know this is just the start of my journey to success, and I know my friends and family are just waiting for me on the other end to congratulate me.

    "If we need to change the past, we have to think of our future and start anew on our present. It doesn't matter if we need to start all over from scratch, what's important is you keep on trying to achieve your goal no matter how many errors you made, just to make sure you finish it clean."

What stops you from studying

Financial Crisis

One of the most common reasons that most of us experienced is an easy to solve puzzle. Many people became a working student to pursuit their studies. But this is a really hard process and may take sometimes and lots of efforts to accomplish your goal. And those who earn such who tend to enjoy their salary may no longer go back to school.

Factors that make you stop studying.

Family Affairs

This greatly affects the mind of a teenager. Parents should set a good example to their children, however in reality; most of them discourage their sons and daughters by breaking the bonds on their home. Parents who are filing divorce because they no longer love each other or may have a third party involved, never understand fully what they did will bring such destructive effects to their children mentally, emotionally and socially. Their confidence to show their potentials and bright ideas will be buried deeply together with their precious dreams.

Friends

Friends are the second closest people we will spend our time most. Socially speaking, they contribute more on our decisions rather than our own parents, based on studies. We interact with them, play with them, laugh and cry with them, and fight with them, etc. We sometimes choose them rather than our parents because the happiness you feel with them are different when you are at home. Be careful though on selecting your real friends. A real friend is one who admires a person’s skill and helps or encourages them to make the right choices.

Early Marriage/ Unplanned Pregnancy

Responsibility has to be shouldered at a very young age. Irresponsibility and carelessness best describe the actions of the people getting involved on this matter. This is such a very serious concern that we shouldn’t be taking for granted.

CONCLUSION

Nobody’s perfect! Everyone commits mistakes and these mistakes are products of wrong decisions in life. Be optimistic, we don’t need to blame other people with what’s happening to us, instead we should think of the best ways to rectify the errors we did and make the most out of it. Our future relies on our own hands.

Everyone knows that once you had graduated in college, there is no guarantee that you can be easily hired. Because of this ideology, most of us give up easily and the next generation may no longer value the real importance of education. I believe this is just a behavioral issue that can be tamed.

Why is it so important to get a college degree?

Earning a college degree is every parent’s dream for their children. Every day they strive to work hard only to support you on your studies since you were little. They will do anything to earn to pay for your enrollment fees and school supplies. Sometimes you may remember that you even lied to your parents just to get money from them, saying that you will use it for your projects and or home works. And you will say, you are just a teen that is exploring everything. Getting a high school diploma is not as easy as getting a college degree. First you need to choose the right course to study, which will be your line of profession thereafter. But you need to be smart because once you started, you cannot just simply change from one course to another to be a jack of all trades master of none. That is merely just a waste of time and money. And also it will lead you into complexity because of overloaded ideas. You’re lucky if you were able to complete your studies with the help of your parents. Unlike other people that had experienced family issues and problems with their finances. Because of these, many turned their dreams down and started to build their family on their young age. Some of them may be successful, but they went through the hole of a needle to get what they want.

College degree equals higher wages and more secured future.

You will retire few years later and  you may not want to simply end up on a nursing home. Securing the future of our family is everyone’s goal before we die.
